Walk into your bank and tell them you mistakenly sent money to the wrong person, they will take it up.

In a normal circumstance he would need to defend the money he received and pay back, if not he's account will be frozen.

Just make sure you are not wrong, or owe him prior money before now. Evidence will prevail.

does this work? if it does i think it can reduce the way people are swindled of their money but what if he culprit has emptied his account already?

I got my ulefone power some months back. Its faulty and all repairer said they cannot repair it because the mouth piece and the charging board is in a small board and the wire that connects that to the main board is faulty.
