I repeat, there is no manager in the game that will not be sacked in this current Chelsea in 2 seasons, at most 3 seasons.
They hire today and sack tomorrow without giving the coach the time, money and freedom to build a consistent team. The manager, instead of relaxing to build a great team, he will be under pressure to deliver and he will just do the things that will give him results so he can last longer enough to continue collecting the money.
Hazard, cahill and azpi have already played under 5 managers in the space of 6 years.
