The measure both personality tests and the MCQs. Writing python is in isIsogram will not get you a regret mail. The same with taking too much time the tests are supposed to be a bit flexible.

Yup the test starts with the personality test as this helps to measure alignment with Andela's core values.

Everyone does it, you may have just forgotten it is not a test per say more like a questionnaire (means there are no right or wrong answers). It examines competencies, it is administered by plum.io go check them out.

Probably but i'm not 100%, as long as you can make the interview and bootcamp dates and produce your nysc certificate as soon as you are given your letter of employment

Thanks. Don't you think selecting "ongoing" in the nysc status drop down will jeopardize one's chancesof getting selected in the first place? Or does everyone who fills the application form get selected for the homestudy test?

One of the values of Andela is integrity and there are parts of the initial form to explain your circumstance. Like I said before I don't think there is an issue as long as your certificate is ready before the day of resumption. If it won't be then I suggest you wait till it is ready and then apply as you will not get in without it.
