First check the serial number for your phone. By following this route

Goto settings, about phone den status, you should see it under serial number

If it is T591 use the recovery quoted by zeanslim in the previous page (thats pg 71) if not use the one found on this link.

You will need to install a new recovery tool for your phone. First check the serial no of your phone if it begins with T591 or something else.

Just stroll forward from page 31 you will stumble on the recovery file for T591 and a link on how to install it and root your phone. Just stroll back it will become clearer when you find it.

Its very easy to do just follow the instructions on the site given.
First install VCom drivers on your pc
Unzip the sp flash tool and execute it
Load the scatter file for the recovery and click download
Switch off your phone then connect it to your pc.
Please use a stable USB cable and don't interrupt it when it is downloading into your phone. It shouldn't take long to download though just few seconds.
Afterwards boot your phone into recovery and click on install then locate the superuser zip file u downloaded and install it. And your done.

Again just stroll back for further clarification. Good luck

You are to download these files

Scatter files and recovery from the link in the previous page
Sp flash tool,
VCOM drivers and superSU.zip from the link I gave you above.

First thing you do move all these files to a particular folder on your pc but leave the superSU on ur phone because that's where its needed.

Next unzip or extract the sp flash tool and VCOM drivers.

Install the VCOM driver on your pc, Google how to do it if you don't know how

Next run the sp flash tool and locate load scatter file. A window will open in it find the folder you placed all these files and click on the scatter file there. Once you have successfully loaded the scatter, you will notice a change in the sp flash tool app with several boxes and words written by them. Ensure ONLY the recovery box is ticked then scan through the app you should see a download icon just click on it.

Switch off your phone and connect it to your pc you should see a green line moving below and a successful prompt when it is done.

Unplug your phone and boot it into recovery mode by holding the power n volume up buttons.

Then locate the Install tap, find the superSU.zip you left on the phone and install it. That all

Once open pay attention to the horizontal row of icons, click on the earth like icon on the extreme right u should see different languages there just stroll to English, tick it n press set language.

Are u sure it rooting that cos it......have rooted more than 12 phone with custom ROM and never had the issue b4, the panel want spoil
