Hello Guys.

I need a prospective flatmate,(Male)...to rent a Mini-flat with me.

Total Package 460k including caution fee and co.

We split it 230k each.
I am a peaceful person, and homely. I am an Architect as well...so trust the place will be well refurbished over time.

Person should be within the age bracket of 23 - 28.
Preferable working class.

But agreement, commission and co, down to 160k.
