Does the constitution supports the Senate’s right to suspend the people’s representatives without a court of law?

These guys were elected to represent their constituents, don’t get me wrong, they are only representing their pockets and their special interests, but that is a matter for another day...here by the Senate suspending them, the Senate it’s is depriving his constituents their constitutional rights to be full represented at the Senate.
