The former Governor of Cross River state, Donald Duke and wife, Onari, gave out their daughter, Xerona's hand in marriage to Derin Phillps aka DJ Caise, the son of Chief (Mrs.) Teju Phillips and grand son of international businessman, Chief Deinde Fernandez over the weekend. The traditional wedding took place at their private residence in Calabar, Cross River State. See images from the event;
