That's a house owned by a rich traditional chief. It's close to the oba's palace. There are more of those houses around. My dad told me it was meant for the rich chiefs those days.

What I'm surprised by is that the clay house has AC...
Usually clay/brick houses are used as examples of naturally-cool buildings that don't need extra cooling, so this is intriguing.

Especially since there's so much shadow on this building, I wonder what could warrant the extra cooling... maybe a few computers?
