Your Responsibilities

- Research events trends, upcoming tradeshows, and meaningful webinars put on by our competitors to make sure our events strategy is robust and state of the art
- Collaborate with Communications to build a program for pre- and post- event buzz, including press releases, blog posts, emails, social posts, etc.
- Build out the quarterly skills webinar pipeline with content, speakers, and fresh ideas
- Organize event supplies and collateral and handle shipping and receiving for event-specific items
Research industry topics, draft blog content, and proofread webinar communications and sales collateral
- Partner with Sales to arrange the details of onsite customer visits

What it takes to catch our eye:

- Organized and meticulous with excellent communications skills
- Passionate about event planning
- Self-motivated and willing to go above and beyond to meet deadlines with little supervision

How to really knock our socks off:
- Able to embrace ambiguity, anticipate project needs, and use an “out of the box” approach to solving problems
- Willing to work occasional evenings on the night of events
- Passed 'Events 101' and developed beginner planning and project management skills
- Can adapt to change and jump in where needed
- Think creatively about how to stand out at events beyond swag and expensive give-aways
- Willing to do whatever it takes to pull off a successful event...events are not as glamorous as they might seem
