Ok it maybe obvious but this is a murder investigation that requires an official cause of death and the person who does that is the Coroner. For example if she was hit on the heard and she already had an aneurysm and the blow to the head caused it to rapture and she died. His legal team can argue it’s not murder. That’s why a cause of death needs to be established to show it resulted in her dying and nothing else.
