The Katsina State police command has arrested some kidnappers disguised in Hijab. They were arrested on the 4th of April after the DPO of GRA Division Katsina, CSP Garba Isah, received a distress call about an unusual movement of two men with one of them wearing Hijab. The suspects confessed to be planning to kidnap Muhammad Rabi’u, the 4-year-old son of one Alhaji Rabi’u Gide, who is the Katsina state Assistant Accountant General. http://www.nairaplus.com/2018/04/police-arrest-suspected-kidnappers-who.html 1 Like
