Please I need help. My Techno l8 plus wouldn't ring out when calls come thru. All other notification sounds are working fine. When I try to select a ringtone I get a report saying "unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped" Please what do I do to get my ringtone sound working again. |

could be that the song you're trying to make ringtone isn't in supported format or corrupted. change song and try again. |
