dre11:Loyalty to the APC may have been the factor that have earned him those juicy appointment irrespective of the corruption allegations hanging on his neck. So he is an APC member, yet corrupt. Makarfi is right then, for saying all corrupt ( former) PDP members have crossed ship into the now ruling party (APC). Isn't that statement a truism? |

expert234:Leave those ones o! They will still tell you that if it was PDP govt they would have covered it up and not prosecuted him. They will not remember their NHIS brother, SGF and co walking free. They will not query the stupidity of constantly nominating a person indicted and standing trial. |

enlady:VP Osinbajo nominated someone into ICPC board, the people complained that the nominee is a criminal. The government then drags the criminal nominee to the court. In the previous administration, If Goatluck Jonathan nominates someone for a position and the people complain that the nominee is a criminal, Goatluck will promote the criminal to higher position. You wailers can go and die. |

I am not surprised at your comments. The Buhari ideology is basically deception. Unfortunately you cannot twist this. The alleged thief was nominated by Buhari last week as a national population commissioner. Lastly, bringing former president Jonathan into every issue doesn't sell any more. Printerscanner: |

If the first instance by Osinbanjo was a mistake, why did Buhari nominate the same alleged thief to a different post last week? or do the people around the president and vp already decode the moral corruption body language? ![]() ashjay001: |

buhariguy:so, can you explain why Buhari reinstated maina? can you explain how Buhari's son got 56 million naira to buy power bike? can you explain why Buratai has not been prosecuted for his illegal Dubai properties? can you explain why Minister of technology has not been investigated for his inexplicable riches under just 2 years as a minister? can you explain why MAgu is still the EFCC chairman after several indictments for corruption? why are you searing your conscience with a hot iron and making a jest of your senses like this? do you really need anyone to tell you, or do you think that you should even protest or contest the fact that you are acting like a useful Idiot?! Your disposition to life is annoying and barbaric. |

enlady:As I said, not making pple pay for their mistakes, is an error on their part. Several incidences of wrongly vetting appointees, has gone without a scapegoat paying for it. Someone or some pple in d process, are sabotaging it, n nothing is being done. They should carry their cross, cos d buck stops on their desk! Personally, I feel it's sabotage, and it's not being nipped! |

They nominate people based on recommendation from state governor or party. How do you expect Osinbajo or Buhari to know Alanamu if not recommended from Kwara state. Blame the state not Federal Government. Meanwhile, it is just a nomination for screening not confirmation, do you think all invitations for interview mean employment. |

| Re: Saadu Alanamu Remanded In Prison For N182m Fraud Allegation by freeze001(f): 3:43pm On Apr 19, 2018 |
Meritocracy:Let's follow your argument. The state recommended Alanamu right? First, which organisation is investigating and prosecuting him? Is it a Federal or State organisation? Does the FG not conduct background checks on wiuld-be nominees? Now, let's assume all of these went over the head of the FG and he got initially nominated, what happened next? It wa withdrawn because of his legal issues right? So did the same FG go to sleep by nominating same person for another office when they're already aware of his indictment? Why did the FG stupidly accept his supposed nomination from his state? Is he d only qualified indigene of his state? Or is the presidency different and Bubu is not aware as he always claims? You people should stop defending nonsense. When u see ineptitude and incompetence as well as an attempt to encourage corruption, call it out for what it is and stop creating the impression that Buhari is incorruptible, infallible and can do no wrong. Do u not know that a leader is only as good as the team he assembles to work with? |

freeze001:After this your long epistle and drama he will be cleared of the allegations and will resume his duties, violating a bail condition does not make you guilty, have you not learnt,Osinbajo is never wrong when it comes to the law and it's application,if he has been nominated twice like you said the presidency probably knows there is nothing on him,but since he is already in court due process must take its course or is it not the same Federal Government that is prosecuting him,Attorney General Malami has the last say. Same thing goes for Maina no matter how much pdp tries to blackmail the presidency and twist the story, at the end of the day Maina will still reveal the names of the PDP chieftains that stole our pension money although I believe most of them have cross carpeted to APC. After all the drama maina will be cleared of all charges, a no case submission and the wailers will go back to what they know best weeping. |
