Please nairalanders I need help getting rid of my man boob.
I am an 18 year old guy who desperately want to have a masculine chest, it is exhausting trying to hide it. I want to be able to wear fitted clothes without feeling embarrassed.
my man boob is not very large but it noticeable plus it has bit of a lump in it.
Will exercise and diet help my predicament or do I have to get a surgery. Please I need urgent help cos it's depressing.

My kid brother has man boob's too and he's so embarrassed by it. Contacted grandville med and laser on instagram and they said best treatment is surgery
