My Tecno Camon CX touch pad got broken last week. Its over a year I've being using it, I was told by a friend that he's own was repaired for him at Tecno Calcare fir free when he experienced same problem. I want to know if free service is still available at Tecno Calcare and what are requirement. Please help me nairalanders.....

Doubt if the free repair will apply to you. It is a 3 months warranty
But you can still take it there.

Take it to Carl care. Even if it's out of warranty, I think they can still fix it for you at a fee.

Take it there with your receipt

They should fix if still on warranty but i think you would pay some fee

it comes with warranty but if your warranty has expired then.it won't be repaired for free cos warranty lasts for 3months to 1year I think. Just go.to carlcare so that they could advice you better.
