Filter kwa? Even if weavil dey inside, chop am like DAT...na added vitamins. I don't even Parboil my rice

If i want cook beans i no go wash, i go just add water, boil like like 10-15 minutes, put am down, pour out the dark water, add new water, wash and pour out the water. Add new water and start cooking. Some years back if i no boill am pour out the dark water first, e go make me dey shit too much.

both ways aren't bad actually but per boiling has more advantage which are
1. it reduce the toxin level of the beans(chemical from farm and ones used to preserve it)
2. it reduce bloating level when you eat it(you won't fart too much after ur meal)
but kerosene/gas cost of per boiling is what makes some people avoid it,that is stopping and continuing stress

You need dey chop ur beans with bread (Agege Bread) to avoid too much poopooing.
