I dont have that kind of money but if I did i will not consider your offer. Here is why...

There are other businesses competing for capital investment or buy-out. There is nothing in this add to tell the offer is profitable for me. Im not going to call and waste my time.

Position your offer to convince and attract investors by telling them about the tangibles and worth. Example - does the land deed come with the offer, are the trucks owned or stil on lease, what is a ball park figure on the assets and liabilities. You dont have to publish your accounts upfront but you can at least dangle a mouth watering and hard to reject carrots infront of willing investors.
