hazard's major problem is him not having a goal instinct.
I have said that times without number.

Hazard will see empty net, and still pass to someone at the back.

To be a great player, you need to be selfish when it is needed and need to score as many goals as possible. That's why hazard will never balon d'or or do something extra ordinary in ucl like salah is currently doing.
