Heard there is a new vaccine to be taken at 18weeks called meningitis vaccine... I was informed last week when I took my LO for his 14week immunization.

Kindly find out from your hospital.
For other mamas that have passed the 18week period I think u shld also find out as well.

I find it adorable, when my 2month baby wakes up, she stretches her arm and legs like an adult and even grunts sometimes, usually after a long sleep, the grunting sound you make when stretching. Then she finally opens her eye.

Meanwhile TeamJuly17 how far? @lululuv @eksbabe @nnejima and the rest,are you getting set? When I took my baby for immunisation, I saw two ladies that we were all in the delivery room together and they were noticeably pregnant. Fear catch me sha. Am I the only one scared of getting pregnant again? I'm truly scared. I'm not on any FP but I take extra precautions. The day I thought the CD burst, Oga kept reassuring me that it did not but I still went out and bought Postinor 2. I live my any to death but sometimes I'm thinking I can't handle another baby with her. The whole getting pregnant, the stress of delivery, the stress of after birth etc, truth be told ladies, I don't know if I can. I'm scared silly, I no go lie. I see my friends saying do and born all of them at once but I'm my head, I'm like can I breath? What if I decide to have only one child, will that be so bad? I was in so much pain after my C section. I have never been hospitalised in my life and being in the hospital after delivery was a nightmare. I kept begging for pain relief which they kept giving me until one evil matron said I had had enough. I started crying and wailing. My mom was crying too. It was midnight. I remember telling my mom to carry my baby cos I did not think I would make it till morning. My mom screamed and started praying against death. Seriously at that point I was past caring. I just wanted the pain to stop. She then rushed to call my husband cos he and gone to buy her food. They sha shouted and argued with the matron. It wasn't until my mom told the matron that she would pray dangerous prayers for her if anything happened to me before she gave me the pain relief injections. So many other things. Was it the way my belly was swollen for months after? The days I kept thinking to myself who send me? What is this? Na so? The days I did not understand why having a baby had to be so stressful. It's better now, I've got the hang of it and my baby gives me so much joy but I DO NOT KNOW IF I WANNA GO DOWN THAT ROUTE ANYMORE!!! Is this weird? Am I the only one who feels that way? I'm sorry for the long rant.

it's the nurses that usually add their own extra to it after being supplied by gsk.

prepare your purse well. God will continue to bless your source of income. mmr etc. vaccine still dey to collect at 12months and its pricey too.

Did u spot or saw your period before you finished the pills

Hi Oliran just saw ur post about a baby bed and walker..my sis has this for sell...she got it for her first child but didn't use it cuz her LO was clingy...

The big blue one goes for 25k(with mattress, cot, changing pad and net) while the small one goes for 12k (no mattress). Walker goes for 5k

Yes i saw it on the immunization chart during our 14weeks visit. Bet the nurse still said to come back when baby is 6months.
I plan to go back at 18weeks tho.

Spiceeamiee you're not alone o. I'm also scared silly and not mentally ready for another baby yet. My neighbour was telling me to be like her and drop all quickly so I can get my groove back on, but I was just rejecting.
I also had cs. I'm still yet to recover from post operation trauma. I thought I was going to die. I kept crying for my innocent child and wondering how she would survive. My mum was my backbone.
I really understood how you will hear that someone gave birth successfully and next thing is death.

I'm really not ready for the stress of pregnancy and childbirth yet. I'm hoping in 4 years time I'd begin to be ready You're not alone o

Anugod n spiceeamiee I feel u mamas. The after CS pain no be small tin. I thought the pain wld never end. If not that my first was a vaginal birth, maybe I wldnt want more babies sef. In fact, I said it after my CS that thank God we have two kids already ; a boy n a girl so any which way i'm good if we decide to hang booth o Thank God the whole ordeal is a distant memory now sha.....n i'm open to the "another serving, please?" option but we'r taking a long sabbatical for now.
