NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL owners are very stubborn bunch that won't allow that. All the owners are billionaires just like him . He can't use his wealth to intimidate them plus what about the other owners moving their teams to Mexico, Guatemala and other countries. He's chasing an impossible dream if he's thinking of moving the Jaguars to Wembley Stadium.
