Same can be said for the western side, they have managed to hid it well from the public but those who r informed know almost all f16 r grounded for lack of spares ( to preserve the limited spare stocks incase shiiit hits the fan ), same with the mirages , only the 90 odd FC1 flying around.

by the way do u know the richest military in the world interms of value of commercial businesses owned and operated by them.

but why can't the Western side construct more spares.... since they have a good military complex

One thing that can be noted is that mostly countries who r in war or live under threat of war end up having a competitive defence industry.

having a viable military industry is a matter of national survival.

no two ways about it.

this is an air assault bridge..

in Africa ONLY south Africa has displayed such capabilities....

although currently, it's unknown if they can still pull such feat.

Unknown by whom?
Considering we have 1 active duty air assault battalion and 2 reserve regiments, 39 Oryx...
The only thing is that we can't move the entire battalion in one lift, even if we could miraculously utilise the whole Oryx fleet.
At the moment we can do 2 companies from 6SAI.

Mullti object tracking radar of indis. , So far only 4 nation has this kind of advanced radar US, Israel, Japan and Canada. MOTR can track 10 different objects simultaneously with a range of nearly 1,000 km.

ISRO will use the radar to

Track space debris
Ensure range safety by monitoring airspace during rocket launch from Sriharikota.
Ensure safe re-entry into the atmosphere of ISRO spacecraft.
Carry out vertical wind profiling.

The future application of the radar would be to track and monitor the re-entry capsules of the futur manned space missions.

The radar weighs 35 ton and has a a rectangular 12m x 8m antenna which can be turned in different directions.
Capabilities

The radar can track 10 objects simultaneously. Objects up to 30 cm by 30 cm can be tracked upto 800 km slant range, and 50 cm by 50 cm objects, up to 1,000 km slant range.

If we use MOTR in military applications , it can track Ballistic missiles at 4000 to 5000 Km . And can track super Stealthy(F22)Aircrafts at 140 - 160 km .

Germany moving to limit arms sales to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey

Proposed law would also ban arms exports to other countries involved in military operations and regional crises
A draft bill in Germany aims to ban weapons exports to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Turkey for their involvement in military conflicts.

The bill aims to prevent weapons exports and all other related goods and services to countries that may use them for human rights abuses.

The draft, proposed by the social-democratic opposition party Die Linke, focusses mostly on Saudi Arabia and the UAE for their role in the war in Yemen, but it also singles out Turkey for its military mission in northern Syria where the country has been fighting Kurdish forces.

If approved, the law would not only prevent future transactions from being made with these countries but also retroactively recall previously agreed upon deals.

The bill specifically talks about a deal made between Germany and Turkey to service several Leopard tanks.

Those tanks, originally German and bought by Turkey, were used during Operation Olive Branch, the January military mission by Turkey in northern Syria, where they fought against Kurdish YPG groups.

The documents also mention patrol boats bought by Saudi Arabia, which were used to blockade Yemeni ports from receiving aid and other goods to help alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in the war-torn country.

Saudi Arabia, together with the UAE, is partially blockading those ports as part of its military campaign in Yemen, which has cost thousands of people's lives over the last few years.

Between 2013 and 2017, Saudi Arabia was one of the biggest recipients of German arms, worth $1.2bn in total.

In the third quarter of 2017, Germany exported most arms to Saudi Arabia, Israel and Egypt.

In January, the German government already announced it would halt all arms exports to countries involved in the ongoing war in Yemen, but this bill would expand on that by also working retroactively on deals already made https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2018/04/germany-moving-limit-weapons-export-saudi-arabia-uae-180428072944493.html
