Tecno cx, cm, x, now x pro within how many year, phone without support, no sure hope for future update, is that phone, phone that devalue within 6month, even their so called phantom flaship series get no support for just a year. Instead of you guy to complain why not giving support for their old device, why is it that the only way to upgrade is to buy their new device. Why are we here celebrating mediocrity.

I understand ypur point. Tecno releases phones like a lot but then I reasoned that it might be as a result of them trying to satisfy people's yearnings.

I was a die-hard fan of Tecno phones, my last phone as of this April was Camon cx. My Phone had a board promblem bcs the engineer i toik my phone to repair with damage the IC on the board si it started draining battery, Ok, i decided to dash it out and get a new phone. I wanted to go for the new camon x， then advised me to go for samsung and that if i could't afford it i could get a gionee, he told me i would see the difference. I dressed up on the 18th of april to buy the camon x, despite the advice i got from my friend. As i entered the phone shop, I just decided to view the gionee stand before I proceed to get my Tecno. Saying the truth, I was pleased by the display of gionee x1s, which was within my budget, so at the end I said I should buy the phone and sell it later to buy the camon x pro when it's out. To be since, I believe that Tecno does not use good hardware in building their phone and the picture quality is not real, neither is the game performance and display real. . If gionee x1s can defeat my former Camon cx on these aspects, i can't return to techno phones. Pls Tecno should work on this.

I was at slot on monday for a new phone where I got to feel the camon x(since i had it in mind)... I was so disappointed after the experience with the camon and the infinix hot s3 that I vowed never to use those two brands ever again... They use HD wallpapers to deceive people.

All my experiences with them have been awful, from the tecno m3 in 2014 to the Infinix hot 2 in 2015 and the tecno w4 for the past two years.

sorry about your experience. It seems as you are having a bad experience, some other people are having great fun with their Tecno phones and devices. Phones are delicate and most be judiciously taken care of and maintained. A careless person doesn't have a business with sleek phones.

I take very good care of my phones...but they begin to lag within a few months or purchase.
They are having great fun with tecno because they haven't had a feel of the premium devices... Just walk into a slot outlet and pick up a Samsung J7 pro or a J7 prime first before heading to the tecno/infinix stands then you'll understand my point.

Yes, just affordability. But everything comes at a price.
We get affordable devices that aren't made with top notch hardware... And since Tecno is mainly focused on the Middle east and the African market(which really isn't enlightened tech-wise) they brought the Camon fraud, and the unsuspecting lot feel the picture quality is only dependent on the number of megapixels(which is why you will never see aperture size and some other details of the camera on tecno devices). Like they just shove 24mp down our throats and we began to salivate.

I totally feel your pain... If I were in your shoes, I'll feel same as well but a lot has improved with there latest devices...
