If you know about car registration, you should know the series of letters on your plate have meanings.

With that plate number your car cannot be less than 5yrs registered!!! And you are here claiming few months used.

Plate number is transferrable. You can get a 2018 car and transfer your plate number from your old car you may have sold to the new car you bought. So don't judge by plate number
