Give a black man a simple job and he messes it up. Common to keep a football pitch lush green, a job for which one idiot collects salary, is a problem in this part of the world. I went to two health related organizations recently I was surprised at the efficient and professional way the workers acted. It was not until I saw some foreigners that I knew aha it's headed by foreigners that why my people are this efficient.

Celebrate when we can invent, discover, imitate or copy one in Nigeria or Africa instead of burning cash in overinflated contacts.

They also come with foreign service agreement to make sure we pay for it forever.

Good job LRU. Keep it up. However, I have reservation about commissioning projects not to talk of commissioning one big equipment. It just doesn't add up in my brain.
