The Coolpad Cool 2 has a dual camera on the rear with 13MP and 0.3MP sensors, on the front, there is an 8MP front camera. It has a 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 Octa-Core processor coupled with Mali T-860 GPU and 4GB of RAM, it also comes with a 64GB internal memory which can be expandable using the MicroSD.



It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and it is backed with 3200mAH non-removable battery but it lacks fast charging support. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack and a MicroUSB 2.0 port.

While coolpad have nice hardware, their software sucks. Most of their dazen versions (8297,8675) are non-flashable.

Presently I have coolpad mega(3503l) wasting away for just invalid imei. Have contacted their official site no feedback.

Their cds app is not working due to hidden password.

Until they are software and customer friendly they will keep selling only in China and hong-kong especially since most of their 3g bands are TD-SCDMA.

those brands above did not just wake up and start making waves. the advertised and put customer opinion to consideration. like I told you , coolpad is only customer friendly in china and hong-kong. you can refer me to any other place they make sales and respond to customer complaints.

they make good phones, but their software and customer care sucks.

I remember the day I stopped using this product.. this useless Coolpad caught fire while I was charging it...three weeks after purchase I no fit cry

I'm currently using coolpad...the phone is rubbish..only 2G available.. Battery less than 2000MAh

He raise a good point. Have had countless no. Of people complaining how to switch their device from 2g to 4g/3g. Since their scdma is mostly not supported by band here it will be difficult to .
I agree with him on the non flushable nature of most coolpad and you know what? Their software suck real bad.

I don't see this phone as cool at all. Of what essence is a fine hardware with bad software. It's like buying an iPhone packed with fufu...

coolpad cool2 is a big turn off for me, why going back to MTK when the coolpad cool 1 which am using is having SD652.. this is total downgrade. coolpad need to step up.
