tech18: yes sir,I am speaking from experience. I own a small cyber café. Many people having problem retrieving OTP is because they couldn't enter their exact year of birth. HOW TO RETRIEVE AND VALIDATE OTP 1. Visit npvn.npower.gov.ng/login 2. Enter your email address/phone number 3.click submit,a message congratulating you will appear 4.click continue 5.A place where you will enter you OTP will appear 6.Click retrieve OTP 7. Enter the last 4 digits of your BVN and your year of birth What are this guys posting, I have done mine and you can generate top from the number supplied on the page, fail the number and u will get a feed back of top code when u use the number which npower test your confirmation. Input the code and it verifies the code and moves you to a passport attachment.
