I want to buy a good car, Toyota or Honda(Civic) and obviously Nigerian used. From 2005 model upward. My budget is 750k-850k. Can I get a good buy?

Don't forget to run a VIN check on whatever vehicle is presented to you. Registered or otherwise.

Unless the vehicle is 1999 and older, in which case VIN would be the least of your worries.
