morning y'all, I have an Xbox one which is great , but I got the ps4 for God of war 4 , well after playing it for a while, NEPA showcased their talent, well it was restored after some hours, then I put on my ps4 ,makes that beep sound,shows a blue light all within 2-3 secs and goes off, I'm confused, wah do I do , Cao pls ur knowledge is needed also

Pray that your console have not been crash yet so I will suggest you bring it to my office for inspection

Drop your WhatsApp number. Let me put u through. You need download ps4 software. You need a laptop and flash.
Which of the ps4 do u have ? Slim or pro? At your dp guess it’s pro.. drop your number. You need data also oh.. like 3g to download d ps4 software.

before u start downloading or rebuild ps4 library I suggest u try these easy steps first and it should work cos I've fixe some like this before.
1. go to safe mode by Turning off your console and then hold down the Power button until you hear 2 beeps (7-8 seconds). Connect controller using the provided USB cable and then press the PS button to access Safe Mode.
2. while in safe mode, select the 2nd option which is change resolution. select it an wait until the system restarts. just leave it to do its thing so be patient is should take between 30 to 60 seconds
3. ur TV will display "select a video output reolution, change it from automatic to 1080p.
4. accept it and all should be back to normal. please do this first before downloading any softwares or tinkering with unfamiliar things. let me know if it works.

did so , but he returned it , had to collect cos he's a friend, said it was 35k to fix d problem, guess that scared him off

bro it just comes on nd goes off almost immediately, no time to put it into safe mode

OK do this first... unplug the ps4 and remove the power cable from behind. then hold the power button until it beeps once and goes off again. then plug it back in and try turning it on.
