A woman who went on a stealing spree - got more than she expected after she was allegedly caught in the act. It was gathered that the woman stole eight chickens at a market in Benin city, Edo state before she was reportedly apprehended.

The angry mob decided to humiliate her in public as they stripped her unclad and paraded her round the market to serve as a deterrent to others.

If it were a guy they would have burnt him alive, going unclad is the punishment given to women who steals. Which one is worse?

This is jungle Justice and I am strongly against it.
She was probably hungry that's why she stole the chicken, she did not kill anyone, she was just a hungry woman who was just trying to survive.
