playstore has stop opening in my tecno spark

Clear playstore data and cache.
Same with google play services.

Remove any proxy if there is in your APN settings. You should be good to go

no, I didn't root my phone and I didn't know anything about apn stuff. But can u pls help me

Go to mobile network settings, navigate to access point settings, click the active profile and check if there's any input in proxy and clear it.. then save
