currently, Yahaya Bello still has Apc structure in kogi state, and definitely Apc will give him the governorship ticket back in 2019. what I'm saying is that Dino melaye is good for the job to contest against Yahaya Bello. people have hate Yahaya Bello because of his bad leadership. infact if inec conduct election today, the good people of kogi state will votes out Yahaya Bello out of government. Dino melaye is still the preferred governorship candidate for that job. he will beat Yahaya Bello in the next year governorship election. I think alot of kogi stakeholders are all taking notes of it.

I don't subscribe to that. Infact Igala people have already tasted Yahaya Bello government and they are not enjoying his government. they will rather votes for okun man to contest for governorship seat against Yahaya Bello which came from ebira -ikenne land.

Kogi state and Benue State play the same kind of politics(Tiv dominating for ages) . It was just by the death of Audu that an Ebira man was able to become a governor. Infact a goat owned by an Igala man stand a better chance wining any election than any candidates from the other tribes

majorly, kogi state was separated from benue state. according to history, igala people came from benue state. so I expect domination. and also from my findings, they are educated too. but that doesn't says that they will not support other zones to contest for the governorship election. ever since the creation of kogi state, they are the first tribe to votes in for the governorship seat. it's time for okun people to contest for that position among other senatorial zone too. igala people will love to votes for okun governorship candidate because of the hatred they have for the ebira people.

Stop analysing politics from an emotional standpoint. That's what Igbos do that backfires. Look at the reality and prepare for it even if it's bitter. Dino would contest and when Igalas (Kogi East) refuse voting for him, he'll start screaming betrayal.

Next election, the Governor is coming from Kogi East. Bello would lose even in some parts of Kogi Central (Ebira land) but I'm not yet sure of Dino's fate cos he won't be given the APC ticket.

Kogi politics is very interesting but somewhat predictable if you have been following it.
