My quick check reveals 6.3953 Yuan exchanges for $1.
Going by OP's submission that 1 Yuan exchanges for N56, the Dollar still goes for equivalent of N359. Where is the Buhari achievement in this?

Please what is the value of the phone in dollars? and what is its value in the Chinese currency? Then I will know if what you wrote up there is noteworthy. I say this because I believe different currency relate with each other base on their strength or weakness against the dollar. For me one dollar is not equal to one yuan upon which you hinge your argument.

The OP forgot that the Chinese will place a dollar value on their products before selling them to Nigeria. Remind the OP that 1 dollar is equivalent to 6.36 Chinese yuan.
