Senator Ben Uwajumogu has accused the Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha of hijacking officials of the APC Ward Congress on Saturday and keeping them in the Imo state Government house.

Uwajumogu, while speaking with newsmen, said that Okorocha had earlier suggested that the team of officials for Anambra state be sent to Imo while the team of officials for Imo state be sent to Anambra. He described the move as 'irregular'.

He went further to reveal that Okorocha 'hijacked' both teams and kept them in the government house until about 12 pm on Saturday. He added that the development angered members of the party in the state wh then proceeded to launch a protest.

All of you combined can't win Okorocha because none has followers on ground. All I forsee is either you accept his terms or quit the party. Even the Senator he is was given to him on a platter of gold by Okorocha.
