You can't harness anything without money, Nigeria does not have the capital to broadly push those capital project hence the reason to make the economy conducive for investors by allowing multiple exchange system. All the roads opening won't amount to anything as it will rot with no patronage except local SMEs, no major corporations will travel to those remote regions without good security measures and assurance of better business environment.
