but you not a computer science student. you combining computer science and pub admin to build a project is awesome �.

Its a software(Android Application)
Election malpractice?
Well, the database would be structured in such a way that the election results would be monitored live by all officials and voters, the results can be sorted based on whom the voters voted for, the voters would be grouped in a listview and they'd be an OTP authentication
