Police investigate the death. Some angry neighbor could kill the boy and hang him there telling the brother to sing the song that he lost a game and kilked himself.. With sweets and biscuits, a child could be heavily indoctrinated.

Parenting inadequacy!!! There are several salient but very deadly things parents ignore.. Tell tale signs of agonizing event that could have bn easily avoided with a stern decision or even spankings. For instance, brothers quarreling with each other day in day out and a parent takes the side of one child almost all of the time could send a wrong message. Parents should endeavor to pay attention on kids..no mata how small the mata is..
