My Infinix hot 4 pro. If I dial a number, the screen goes blank and I can't press or see anything till the other party ends the call. Sometimes it doesn't do like that

Help o while charging my device yesterday d charger started misbehaving and all of a sudden my phone started operating by itself

As am typing the p on my keyboard is no more responding except i switch to one hand mode

It happens when your device is above 80% and maybe you changed your charger.
Its something almost normal to me now

Who has an idea how much a new original Hot 4 battery will cost? My battery is spoilt. It no longer charges again. But whenever it does, it doesn't pass 50% and stays at that percentage for 2-3 hours before running down to 0% in seconds.

This problem started after i lost my "follow-come" charger. How much can I get a charger that will charge it fast when i replace the Battery?

Are you on the latest OS and have you tried a factory reset ?

I am using the Android 6.0 version. I don't know if it can be upgraded to 7.0. Do you think the factory reset will solve the battery issue?
