Walmart Canada has posted several listings of unannounced games that includes Borderlands 3, Gears of War 5, Forza Horizon 5, Just Cause 4, Rage 2, and Splinter Cell. There is also a listing for Dragon Quest 2, which is likely Dragon Quest Builders 2.

Most of these games should be treated as rumors until
officially announced. However, Borderlands 3 has been
teased before and Gears of War is one of Microsoft's biggest
first-party franchises.
