However that "many" people may be, they are far far less than the self-identified Yorubas of the city. Ilorin is a Yoruba city. Doesn't Bida have an emir? A denial of origin will never change who you are.
The people in Oka Akoko in Ondo State speak pure Kabba dialect (the village is just few minutes drive from Kabba anyway). The fact that they are in SW doesn't make them anymore Yoruba than Kabba people. I've met and lived with dozens of people from the so called Okunland (heck! My fiancee is from Kabba) but none of them ever denied being Yoruba.
