do we have diffrent types of goverments in nigeria,or what...??...lawyers wan say something,police wan say something,army wan say something,
governors wan say something,representaahwetin wan say something,pastors wan say something,senators wan say something....
even kidnappers wan say something....

what type of system is this....?

Our use of English in this part of the World is just too poor. HoR ORDERS police to vacate the Peace Corps premises. Are we in a Military regime? Senate SUMMONS President Mohammadu Buhari. The use of command or force will not work. Bloody Civil authority will be issuing orders to an armed personnel. Where is it done. Please invite and stop giving orders unnecessarily SENATE AND HoR.

Rule of law and genuine democracy died under Buhari maladministration. The IGP that humiliated Dino because he didn't honour police invitations now see himself as someone who is above the law and refused invitations from NASS.

Chai, even Buhari can't call IGP to order because as a civilian mumu president he receives order from the cabal, and none of his apppintees take him serious. What a pitiable situation.

Do the House of Assembly have that powers? Do the laws permit the HOA to dictate to the police how to carry out policing functions? Can the HOA 'order' the police to release a suspect in a criminal case?

Finally found a comment that makes sense on this subject. Well done my brother. Giving such orders is not within the jurisdiction of the HOA in the first place.
