The way Obasanjo speak sometimes makes me wonder if what he says even makes sense to himself..

The first three paragraph where going coherently when he used the fourth to mess it up. Why don't he just stick to his Lamentations that APC wasn't a party that they claim to be, rather than saying the last eight years reign of PDP was a failure?
