I tell you the CCTV will be a total waste. Late last year my friends Phone was snatched from inside our car at oshodi just before under bridge in the early hours of the day. We couldn't get down fast cos we were on seat belts, before we could get down and chase the dude he's already gone. We went to the police CCTV section beside the bridge and complained but they didn't do anything, I said they should look the can they'll see the guy or know how he went but the guys there just shouted I should leave ( inside the bus) I came down and was still complaining and the officer there was like 'If you don't leave here I'll shoot you' I just came down and left.
Do you know what they were doing inside the Bus there? one was sleeping as early as past 8 in the morning. The other guy was just pressing his phone and the CCTV was just running, I saw as cars were moving in and out but the guys there were doing nothing. if this Cams are placed in Lagos, the officers on duty that day will do nothing, it will just be as off to them. At last it'll be a waste of Tax payers money and Enjoyment for Police people dem(That's if its police that will be operating dem)

This remind me of that Buffon whose contract was always executed on papar. Imagine FCT is yet to be covered in camera and that of Lagos , all fund embezzled. May we never have that type of Buffon as a leader again in this country Amen. And I pray those praising him should also find sense. Amen in Jesus Name we have prayed.

I know bro, and that was a monumental disaster RIP to all those that lost their lives in pursuit of a better life in a country called Nigeria. And I'm not trying to down play your resilient in an environment full of nepotism. But I know a lot of silent government agencies that are truly in need of qualified candidates. What my friend did to get a job at one was he compiled a list of all them and he painstakingly submitted CV's at the ones he could get access to. Then he keeps telling everyone he meets at any function mosque, weddings etc if they could follow up on it. And you know what he got a call, an interview was conducted and he got a job strictly on what he could offer. Moral of the story is sometimes you have to push, you don't know anyone in a vantage position? Put your self out there to know one, it's not a days job but trust me it will pay off one day. The world all over is full of favouritism and nepotism it's not just peculiar to Nigeria. So be prepared , be humble and keep developing yourself.
