The United States of America has officially opened its embassy in Jerusalem after declaring the city as Israel’s capital. The event was attended by US Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

Speaking about the opening, Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu was full of praise for US President, Donald Trump.

“Thank you, President Trump, for your bold decision.

“Thank you for making the alliance between Israel and the United States stronger than ever.

“Now, you know how you recognize real leadership? It’s when others follow, and others are following in President Trump’s footsteps,” he said, telling the crowd that Guatemala and Paraguay would both move their embassies later this week.”

There was a standing ovation as US ambassador David Friedman mention the Trumps name while giving his statement.

He said:

”The US finally takes the next step, a step long voted upon,litigated and prayed for all these years. Today we open the United States embassy in Jerusalem, Israel. Again the US leads the way as the first nation to do so. So many have worked so hard and for so long for this day to come and they all deserve our thanks. But make no mistake, today’s historic event is attributed to the vision, the courage and the moral clarity of one person to whom we owe an enormous an eternal debt of gratitude, President Donald J Trump.”

However, there’s been heavy protest which has led to the killing of about 28 people with 900 injured over the opening of the US embassy in Jerusalem. Reports say some Palestine people wanted to cross the barricade into the half of the Israeli as they protested against the decision by the US.

28 year old Ahmad Muna said,

“When Trump announced the move, he didn’t mention Palestinians and didn’t mention east or west Jerusalem. … They’ve given all the claim, all the rights, of all the parts to the Israelis,”

I saw in the news that Palestinians are already protesting and attempting to cross Israel border.
Hamas recorded 35 dead Palestinians. If this is true, Palestinian parents are shameless for using their kids blood for politics. They are found of using children as shield. Set of selfish and coward humans.

The world is changing. Gone are the days when people say Israelis are land grabbers. Its in muslim records, even Quran that David, king of Jews was the founder of Jerusalem. Suddenly they play ignorant (of which they are knew Israel belong to Jews) just because of hate for Jews.
Jews are back in their home land. Nothing not even 20 Irans can remove them. Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Yemen has already gave up and are now friends of Jews. Saudi and Israel are now exchanging weapon programs.

ABeg this war is boring now. Muslims/Arab should just forget it and move on. It’s a lost battle.

Israel wasn't "given" Jerusalem, this is only a recognition of an already existing reality. Jerusalem has always been the seat and capital of Israel. Don't get it twisted.

Nothing like two states again. The whole city has been given to Israel. I even watched Benjamin Netanyahu giving a speech at the opening, saying they will take back the temple mount. This means the Al Aqsa mosque sitting on the temple mount will be demolished.
