Well some core Islamic nations have had a few number of female rulers.Bangladesh,pakistan etc.So why do you think the ones in the north are against it .
Even Saudi Arabia and Iran have women in good positions.

I don't think those countries are more civilized if you ask me(Pakistan and Bangladesh)Saudi Arabia is becoming more open minded as for Iran(different story).

Interestingly, some are not even affected at that stage. One of my female bosses always have issue the First month but will even become stronger after that till the date of delivery. Another will be too feeble throughout the period (yes, 9 months) of pregnancy.

Me, I don't always have issues with people's decisions on such stuffs. Our major issue is to assume all must play by our views. There are strong women during pregnancy and there are weak ones. We just need to respect the mother's energy rather than compare with others.
