if every worker is entitle to this rights, why haven't they taken some of the state govenors to court for oweing them? well state governors will not like or want to know anything about workers rights, as long as these is nigeria

That is Nigeria for U. A con3 that has no labour laws. They have refused give U appointment letter, because with that comes your right. As it stands, U are neither a staff nor a contract. U are only a visitor carrying out a job that nobody sent U. If anything happens to U, the company will just deliver U to your people. Unless U have lawyers and evidence to prove that U are not impersonating

God bless you. This is one area I want more light, and am sure most people do want to know about this too. Secondly, what is the fate of the private sector employees as regards the proposed new national minimum wage. I heard its to be implemented soon. The various one man businesses scattered all over the country. How will labour enforce or compel the employers to key into this? Of course we all shop from same markets.
