Unbelievable! Driving around owerri for half an hour without seeing even one KEKE. Thank God for okorocha's foresight. Next thing is to force owners of commercial and residential properties to do landscaping. This will mostly solve the problem of dust, and the brown that envelope the landscape.

I was impressed when i watched the series of videos uploaded by our London based brother during his recent visit back home. My main bug bear is the low quality of roads constructed. Just imagine if those roads were of the same quality as the ones in Akwa Ibom...Owerri would have been second to none!

Owerri is like a diamond in the rough!

Nothing wrong with the roads other than the guy shot his video during Harmatan. You can see same place after Harmatan.

Nice one. Okorocha shot himself in the foot by nominating Uche Nwosu.

If he had nominated someone else, the person would have had an easy ride to victory

You are a grown up man with psychotic mentality. Engage people in constructive criticism that will result in exchange of imformation and ideas instead of talking down and insulting them. Stop throwing ZIK, ojukwu and chimamanda on our faces. Every igbo group have their own successful famous people. There are super wealthy people from the entire igbo speaking groups. Anambra state is not the only state with successful igbos. If anambra state is all that, your cities and towns will look differently than the cities in other sister states. As far as I'm concerned, anambra villages and towns don't look or feel any better than what you have in sister states. It's an embarrassment to our collective intelligence to keep posting the same anambra pictures again and again. YOUR NEON LIGHT BRIDGE IS A JOKE OF MONUMENTAL PROPORTION. That one minute video is good but it's not a replica or microcosm of what the entire city looks like. In other words, 95% of the city doesn't look that good. Our goals and objectives is for 100% of the city to look that way.

Heheheh

You had to stay wake till 11pm just to respond to the comment I made over 12hrs ago. You had to wait until every living thing had gone to bed for you to respond to my comment. You are really cursed and useless. So now I know that my constant mentioning of icons like Zik, Achebe, Adichie is actually killing some people. Now I know I have to maintain that momentum. I am very sure if your state had half of icons from Anambra your likes would be singing it everyday but you are bitter and angry because we have such icons.

Imo state and all it's towns and villages are the most backward in the SE but it does not bother you. Imo state has the worst health facilities but it does not bother you. Imo state has the worst schools infrastructures in the SE but it does not bother you. Imo state has the worst state university in the SE but it does not bother you. Imo state has the worst state university teaching hospital in the SE but it does not bother you one bit. But instead of you to weep for your state you are busy talking about state that are far advanced that your shit.hole Imo state.

You want me to go to my own state thread but you have not stopped making this same thread Anambra and Imo thread in-one. So for that reason I will continue to come here to tell you to your face how worthless, useless, hopeless and backward your Imo state is. That way you shall start reasoning like a human. Today half the population of Imo state are all resident in Anambra where they see as their greener pasture and obodo oyibo.

You are such a mentally deranged old fool that thinks himself bird but you are actually a butterfly. Go and hold your leaders in Imo state responsible for your backwardness and stop crying like an i.diot all over the place. I hope to see your reply in the next 12hrs when I must have gone to bed to enjoy my sleep but when you do be rest assure that I will respond once I check again.

Is this bridge and it's light breaking your heart? Well I will keep posting it to break it even more because your worthless Imo state is yet to have a common flyover even in the 2018. The one they tried to build collapsed almost immediately. Go and fix your dead shit.hole called Imo state.

I have to continue throwing these icons to your face because your Imo state does not have such icons and will never have them even in the next 200-500yrs. Your anger is because I have kept celebrating all these icons and many more on NL and I will keep doing that because I know it is painful for some of to live with such reality GOD bestowed on our state.

Since you claimed that such icons exists everywhere, now show us their equivalent from your Imo state. cheesy

Inasmuch as I dislike Chino meddling in other Igbo states' threads, I equally dislike people like you and abagworo who endlessly go comparing Anambra state with others.
This is the official Imo thread we all know, discuss Imo only here and stop bringing Anambra into it as we would come time to time to disrupt it, Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi, Delta, Rivers may keep quiet but we won't.
There have been several confrontations here because of that and if you want this thread to progress, desist from subtly denigrating Anambra as it would always be frustrated and resisted.

The annoying thing is that Imo state is the worst and most backward state in the SE but they would rather leave their worthless and useless state to discuss other far ahead of them in all indices. Look at how Imo state has become a laughing stock under Okorocha but they will never deliberate on it here and how to rescue the useless state from the mess.

They are not even concerned about who will take over from Okrocha. They are not even concerned about their state being broke, bankrupt and worthless. They are not even concerned about how Okorocha has continued to ridicule the state and it's people everyday. You will never see them discussing about the well being of their state and next step. All they do is propaganda and more propaganda while the state goes daily down the drain.

While states are parading technocrats and seasoned thoroughbred professionals to lead them, these backward Imolites are packaging an ordinary errand boy to lead them. cheesy

Just cool down and read this: cheesy

An illustrious son of Umunwokwe, Eziama-Obaire in Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State, Hon. Uche Nwosu was born on the 8th of August, 1975 into the family of late Rev. Daniel Nwaobi Nwosu and Mrs.Jemaimah Nwosu.

Young Uche had his primary education at the Shehu Sanda Kerimi Primary School Maiduguri between 1982 and 1988. This was followed by his Secondary training at the Government Secondary School, Gubio, Borno State and Comprehensive Secondary School Eziama-Obaire, Nkwerre, Imo State (1988-1994).
He attained the WAEC School Certificate in flying colours.

By 1995 Uche secured admission into the Imo State University, Owerri where he read Urban and Regional Planning. He pursued his studies at the University with zeal and commitment from 1995 to 2000 when he graduated with a B.Sc second class honours degree.

During his time in the University, Uche Nwosu passionately played active part in Students' Union politics culminating in his being elected the first Students' Union Government (SUG) Director of Transport in IMSU. During his time as the Director of Transport he played great role towards the upliftment of that
section.

Subsequently, he held the following positions.
1. Secretary, SUG Caretaker Committee
2. Secretary, National Association of Nigerian Students, Imo State Chapter.

Since after graduation from the University, his working experience spans over fifteen years in different capacities viz:
1. Personal Assistant to the President of Rochas Foundation.
2. Personal Assistant to the Special Adviser on Inter-Party Relations to the
President and Commander-In-Chief.
3. Director of Finance, Action Alliance.
4. Former National Secretary, Action Alliance.
5. Personal Assistant to the President of the Nigerian Red Cross Society
6. Deputy Chief of Staff to the Founder of Rochas Foundation.

Apart from these, Uche has also developed competence and capacity in issues relating to Real Estate, Aviation, Consultancy and Human
Management.

Mr. Nwosu has traveled extensively around the globe and has undergone training in such professional areas as Town Planning, Estate Management, Human Resource Development, Corporate Governance, Intelligence and
Security etc.

In June, 2011, His Excellency, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha (OON), the Executive Governor of Imo State appointed him as his Deputy Chief Of Staff (Operations).

Further to this and in recognition of his hard work, diligence and sense of responsibility, His Excellency, the Governor in April, 2012 found him worthy to be appointed an Honourable Commissioner. He was charged with the responsibility of overseeing the tough and challenging Ministry of Lands, Survey, and Urban Planning.

A committed Christian, Uche Nwosu has garnered several awards, Chieftaincy
titles and accolades of honour for his selfless services to society among which are Ugwumba of Eziama-Obaire, Amaigbo and Obowo.
He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (NITP) as well as a fellow, Chattered Institute of Corporate Administrators of
Nigeria (FCAI).

In November, 2013, His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha (OON) again recognised his professional competence, managerial dexterity and calm disposition, re-appointed him as Commissioner for Lands, Survey and
Urban Planning.

He also became the National Patron, National Union of Imo State Students (NUISS) in 2013.
Chief Uche Nwosu who was decorated as the best Commissioner in Urban Development in Nigeria for his giant and impactful strides in the Ministry of Lands was also re-appointed the Deputy Chief Of Staff, Administration, Imo State Government House Owerri in November,
2014, an honour well deserved.

He functioned in the capacity of Commissioner for Lands and Deputy Chief of Staff until the
expiration of that tenure in May, 2015.

His outstanding performance, great sense of humility and responsibility which he displayed while holding these positions played a great role towards his appointment as the Chief of Staff, Imo State Government by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Imo State, Owelle Anayo Rochas Okorocha (OON) in June, 2015.
A position he is still holding till date.

guwmba Uche Nwosu is the National Patron, Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN).

Because of his numerous philanthropic gestures to the down trodden, he was selected and turbaned by His Eminence, Alhaji Bilyaminu Usman Othman, Emir of Dass, Bauchi State as the DAN ZAKIN DASS of the Dass Emirate.

He is happily married to delectable Mrs. Uloma Nwosu and the marriage is blessed with children.

Just look at the next clown that has been positioned to help Okorocha pillage, destroy and loot the state to the next level. Meanwhile these imbe.cilic Imolites like ofuzo are not worried nor even discussing it but rather living in denial.
