Fire extinguisher is an important tool you need to keep in your car always as you don’t know when you might need it.

A Toyota Camry caught fire (reasons unknown) and all effort to put off the fire was fruitless until someone had to run to get a fire extinguisher to put off the fire.

So if you don’t have a fire extinguisher, buy one today or you get one from our Autojosh Auto Shop.

This is a life saver and must have....these are kids and you can see what the elder did with the experience!

I dey discuss with my people and we came to a conclusion that with everyday removing and replacing of battery....the spate of this will increase.... Maybe there is a big market for plastic coated bar to hold the battery firm against stealing and prevent fire disaster that can ensue

Ogbeni this is simply what happens when you use money from Yahooplus to buy a car.

Even the Fire Department of New York (FDNY)'s best firetrucks can't put it off let alone those Naija 1500 handheld fire-extinguishers that have 12years expiry period.

That video is incomplete, I bet that car was eventually razed.
Either way, it will go back the same way it was gotten.
Say no to a life of rituals, fraud, yahoo-yahoo, yahooplus and you'd never experience such.

MANY NIGERIAN CAR AND HOME/OFFICE OWNERS DON'T KNOW WHAT A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IS. THEY'VE NEVER SEEN IT, THEY DON'T CARE.
THE ONES THAT ONCE BOUGHT "SOMETHING LIKE THAT" DON'T REMEMBER WHERE THEY PUT IT. THE REST DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT.

PEOPLE TEND TO CALL ON THE FIREFIGHTERS (WHO MOSTLY SHOW UP AFTER THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE) DURING AN OUTBREAK..
BUT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT FIRES CAN BE EXTINGUISHED AT THE EARLY STAGES IF PEOPLE HAD EXTINGUISHERS, AND KNEW HOW TO USE THEM.

I remember an incident during my NYSC days...one SUV was on fire close to a Road Safety checkpoint and the driver couldn't get his extinguisher because of the intensity of the fire...although help came from other drivers but to our greatest surprise, the road safety pickup truck was lacking extinguisher. They were almost mobbed by angry youths that very day...so they had to quickly leave the checkpoint without helping out.

I heard a gist of someone who threw the fire extinguisher at the fire like Erisco Bonpet. Remember PASS:

P Pull the pin.

A Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire. Hitting the top of the flame with the extinguisher won't be effective.

S Squeeze the trigger. In a controlled manner, squeeze the trigger to release the agent.

S Sweep the nozzle from side to side until the fire is put out.
