For me, it's all about the World Cup now. Can't wait for Lopetegui to release his World Cup squad on Monday.

It has no implication for squad balance from what i think. Suarez is declining badly and he needs someone that can push him to improve or adapt his game a la Cristiano, or be contented on the bench if he can't do that. Griezman will do just that, which rather unfortunately Paco was unable to do. Besides we can not rely on just Messi and Coutinho next season( Dembele is still developing) , we need someone we can call on readily to get goals especially if Suarez continues with his declining performances. Also, coming from Atletico, Griezman will help with the defense transitions also, something Dembele is/needs to work on badly.
