I have traveled far and wide, rented several apartment from very posh to low class houses. I have never heard any of the agents tell me shit like the house is tastefully finished . What I hear is TASTEFULLY FURNISHED. I come to this god forsaken country where every one is trying to speak English better than the Britons and I hear shit like tastefully finished apartment.
