Flagyl is a strong antibiotic, using it in small doses will make certain bacteria very resistant to it especially the intestinal and skin bacteria. The day flagyl will be recommended (which is usually for emergency diarrhea or serious cough) it will have zero effect.

The egg yolk contains vit D and some fish too. Who calculated the nutritional value of BM? Even a paed would advise against the use of drugs in infants, abidec may be introduced if there's a loss of appetite.

some babies react to multivitamins self. mine took abidec and his poo turned to green until I stop it. it then change back to normal poo

Hello mama, thanks for checking on us... work has been great but it’s not really being a jolly ride getting the right food for my Baby o, thanks to my mum and sister who came around to help me so she can adjust to the other food while am at work.

All she wants is BM, nothing else but I dunno why she likes egg yolk plus plenty water, so I just kukuma pack like 2 egg yolks and formular for her to crèche, then I give her BM at night.she didn’t take any of the puree I did for her , but will put more effort in doing more of the purees for her whenever am home during wkends
I even tried giving her sweet potato and peeled beans afterwards as advised by my mom and MIL,she still refused to take it ... so we are currently doing egg yolk, formular and Gerber oat( just tried giving her yesterday and she seems to like it).

It’s being really hectic (didn’t understand mama Alphahandmaiden then ...till now ) combining work and trying to still get the right food for a 6 months old, Biko we mothers deserve some accolades o.. thank God for my Sis, she has being helping out so far,had to cajole her to stay with me till we are stable .

Hi mamas, is there any special reason to get shoes for babies that are yet to sit or crawl or anything. I mean my baby is 3 months. my hubby keeps complaining that he sees some babies wearing shoes but I never do for ours whenever we go out. I think its a waste of money, when she's not even using the feet to stand yet? Or why do those mothers wear shoes for their babies, am I missing something please? I only wear popsocks or regular socks.

We wore socks until the day baby started to walk but even then I noticed that most other babies wore shoes esp to church and important outings. Me I had thicker fancier socks for those occassions. You can buy her one soft black shoe that can fit to everything since it's bothering hubby.

For mamas who asked for Vitamin D drop for babies on exclusive breastfeeding, this is the one i was given at the hospital

It is not by force jare... Although i bought some fancy ones for my daughter but i don't see its usefulness. We only wear them once in a while and most time we put on socks. So follow your heart, if your husband want shoe, let him buy it and wear for her.
